Licorne Society a été missionné par une startup en fintech B2C en pleine croissance pour les aider à trouver leur Marketing Manager

**Les missions**:
Management & coordination d’équipe

Pilotage de campagnes d’acquisition

️ Stratégies inbound & outbound

Déployer des stratégies marketing innovantes (inbound/outbound) pour capter l’attention de nos audiences et créer une vraie préférence de marque. Mesurer, tester, itérer pour optimiser en continu. ‍

Création de contenus engageants

Produire et superviser des contenus à forte valeur ajoutée (articles, vidéos, lead magnets ) en phase avec notre ton de voix, pensés pour séduire, informer et convertir nos prospects BtoC.
- Growth hacking & mindset test & learn

Rechercher sans cesse de nouvelles opportunités de croissance. Lancer des expérimentations marketing, analyser les retours, pivoter vite : l’agilité start-up dans les veines.

Analyse & performance

Mettre en place des reportings clairs pour piloter les indicateurs clés : qualité des leads, taux de conversion, efficacité des campagnes de nurturingEt surtout : apprendre de chaque action.

Communication client directe & impactante

Écrire pour notre audience : newsletters, blogs, contenus webavec un ton accessible, authentique et différenciant, fidèle à l’esprit de la marque et à ses valeurs.

**Le profil**:

- Titulaire d’un Bac +5 (Master en marketing, communication ou école de commerce) ou jeune diplômé(e) avec des expériences significatives en stage ou alternance.
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience dans le marketing, avec une première approche managériale en start-up (stage ou alternance avec responsabilités bien définies est un plus).
- Maîtrise des outils et techniques de marketing digital (SEO, SEA, automation, analytics, CRM ).
- Expertise en stratégie marketing, tant inbound qu’outbound.
- Compétence avérée en création de contenus à forte valeur ajoutée, alignée avec la stratégie d’acquisition.
- Esprit innovant et proactif(ve), avec une vraie culture du test & learn.
- Solides capacités analytiques pour mesurer et optimiser les performances marketing.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et un excellent relationnel.
