This is a hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on building new relationships and expanding market presence. Here’s how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC’s and your own success: - Act as the main point of contact for your customers. Throughout the full sales cycle, you will be supported by a team of talented, product-specialized Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, and a full ecosystem aligned to BMC’s core strategy: customer centricity. - Own and drive the business in your territory, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers, growing pipeline, and closing high-value deals. - Serve as a BMC brand ambassador both internally and externally, building trust and credibility with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism. - Be empowered to learn continuously, contribute to global projects, challenge the status quo, and bring innovative thinking to solve real-world challenges. - To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: - You can embrace, live and breathe our BMC values every day - You will have worked effectively as a team member while also providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively manage the sales process - You have previously demonstrated your ability to further develop your business as a trusted partner by an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
