We are currently looking for an **International General Accountant** to support our growth.

**Roles and responsibilities**

Member of the Finance Team, managed by the Accounting & Tax Director & her Deputy, and in collaboration with Billing or Controlling teams, you are in charge of accounting for a part of our European entities and especially our French ones. Your main missions are:
Recurring - daily
- Be part of the Purchase process (Order to Cash) by Checking & submitting for approval Vendor invoices in our OCR tool that automates the invoices booking into our ERP
- Monitor weekly payments to vendors or employees with the assistance of a junior accountant
- Be the main contact for vendors, employees, tax government, payroll team
- Investigate Debtors Vendors

Closing - Monthly
- Calculate & book Month End Closing entries (payroll, D&A )
- Complete P&L reviews during the Fast Close period
- Complete Balance sheet reviews, justify BS accounts
- Reconcile & Match all kind of accounts (general, A/P, ICO )
- Prepare tax returns (VAT ) and book tax accruals (CIT, Tax credits )
- Monitor payroll payments

Other projects
- Be part of internal processes improvements
- Be part of new tools implementation team

**Essential Qualifications**
- From 3 years experience
- From BAC+2
- IT knowledge (such as Excel)
- English = fluent (written & oral) - an additional language would be an asset
- French = fluent (written & oral)
- Rigoureous, good relationship, team spirit
- Organized, know how to priorize
- Comfortable with accounting principles & like figures
- Comfortable with Start-up environment
