As a Barclays Future Execution Sales member of the Futures Execution Desk you will have an opportunity to participate in the continued growth of the Listed Derivatives execution team. As part of our growing market share in Delta One, you will be in charge of the blocking business to match clients flow versus the House. This is a relatively junior position and a great opportunity for someone with some sales execution experience in listed derivatives to develop their career.

This role is deemed as a Controlled Function role under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Helping manage the execution of orders and the management of risk and P&L inherent in trading client Futures orders
- Assisting with P&L reporting, break resolution, work with the Product Development team in product build out, and work with client services in relation to specific client requests
- Dealing with a broad spread of European clients including; hedge funds, asset managers and financial institutions
- Developing and maintaining new and existing Prime Services relationships, with a focus on Listed Derivatives execution and clearing
- Working across different product groups within the Firm (including SRM) to cross-sell and leverage relationships

**What we’re looking for**:

- Masters in Trading / Finance
- Global Macro and product knowledge - some sales execution experience in listed derivatives working across a variety of client types
- Good relationship building skills with clients, during office visits and relationship building activities
- Solid work ethic and a values oriented, team approach, coupled with good attention to detail to minimize execution and order risks

**Skills that will**

- Experience executing Listed Derivatives (all asset classes, including options)
- Experience in managing customer order flow within a Sales and Trading capacity
- Ability to write and distribute proprietary market content to clients, including calendar roll reports
- Language skills (German/Swedish)
