You will be tasked with retaining the existing client base by fostering engagement and cultivating strong relationships with customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and exceeding revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and manage a designated territory, allocating equal focus to client retention and new business generation. - Meet and surpass both renewal and upsell targets through proactive account management strategies. - Provide accurate forecasts for both renewal and upsell revenue streams. - Generate a robust pipeline of opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships within the client base. - Identify, prioritise, and successfully close multiple opportunities and projects concurrently. - Proactively assess and manage risk factors across the client portfolio. - Collaborate with existing clients, offering education and support to maximise the value derived from Recorded Future products and encourage adoption of additional offerings. **Qualifications**: - Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing overall sales goals, particularly in security technology sales. - Possess an entrepreneurial drive and a knack for selling innovative solutions in untapped markets. - Demonstrated confidence and a track record of effectively establishing new territories. - Comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities and effective negotiation tactics. - Previous experience in information security or threat intelligence is advantageous. - Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with customers. **Why should you join Recorded Future?** Recorded Future employees (or "Futurists"), represent over 40 nationalities and embody our core values of having high standards, practicing inclusion, and acting ethically.
