The strategy & M&A team works on a broad range of projects covering topics such as marketing & sales, organizational development, efficiency projects, M&A as well as profitable growth through all types of innovation.

The role of the** Corporate Strategy Executive** is to work closely with the strategy & M&A Sr Director to define the company strategy on the mid & long term, to anticipate all changes to come in the media industry, to re-think the existing business & find new lines of revenue. **Key responsibilities**

**Corporate Strategy**
- Supporting the team to define the company mid & long-term strategy
- M&A: Supporting the team to assess all opportunities (Horizontal & Vertical) according to the global corporate strategy & in coordination with business needs

**In-house consulting & management support**
- Transformation: Helping RTL ADA departments to work together
- Mapping out all company processes (flow charts, )
- Company top management support (business model, commercial development, top clients discussions, )

**Legal guidance**
- Supporting the company with any legal discussion related to media business

**Your profile**
- Master, preferably in economics, finance, law
- Knowledge of finance and legal
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a consultancy company or in a strategy department, ideally in the media environment
- Familiarity with project management methods as well as consulting methodology and approach and knowledge of the digital business (Programmatic, Adserver, SSP, DSP )
- A strong analytic skill set as well as a strong interest for other cultures will be key to handle international strategic topics. International work experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Open-minded, inclusive, and reliable team player, ability to multitask
