**Objectif du poste**:
Every Customer Service Representative (CSR) represents Shred-it at the client's place of business. CSR’s are the face of Shred-it. From arrival through to departure, after final clean-up of the client's area, the CSR's performance must be superior and undertaken with complete regard for confidentiality, courtesy, and environmental consciousness.
**Activités clés du poste**:
Arrive punctually and dressed in Shred-it uniform at the stated start time for your branch each day and clock-in.
Check client allocation (routing) for the day's run of his/her assigned truck
Complete conscientious circle-check of assigned vehicle, using the circle checklist form
Correct any minor items detected on the circle check and report more serious items to CSS/CSM
Obtain all necessary documentation for the day's operations
Carefully park the truck in the designated area
Record the time of arrival on the handheld
Politely greet the client contact and record any changes of which they may advise you
Quietly and conscientiously remove the customer confidential material from premises whilst adhering to company security and safety policies
Give and explain certificate of destruction to client
Record time shred was completed/material loaded on the truck
Unload or park vehicle as per branch process
Attend de-brief with CSS.
If any changes to the locations or time-of-service are indicated, these should be carefully notated on the Driver's Information Sheet
**Enseignement**:
**Expérience (EMEAA)**:
At least one BAC level.
Ability to read customer specific instructions on information sheets
Ability to write clear messages on the daily RSC report sheets.
Ability to calculate invoicing and VAT accurately.
Valid and appropriate up to date FIMO and FCOS driver's licence.
Must be insurable and have a record acceptable to the Shred-it insurer. Must present on hire the extract bulletin No 3 for a clean criminal record.
