**Role and **Responsibilities**
- Ensure invoices are processed properly and in a timely fashion.
- Sort, code, and match invoices according to internal processes.
- Set invoices up for payment for new vendors.
- Electronically upload invoices into the system.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Maintain vendor files and records.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Process monthly expense reports,
- Prepare month-end accounts payable reconciliation.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Essential Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in verbal and written English/French
