Expert en contract et claim management opérationnel depuis 12 ans, PIMAN EXECUTIVE est le premier cabinet de contract management français dans le secteur de l’industrie.

Notre équipe plus de 70 contract managers opérationnels intervient au cœur des grands projets structurants du moment : nucléaire nouvelle génération, Gigafactory européennes, parcs éoliens, raccordements et interconnexions France-Europe.

La croissance de nos activités nous amène aujourd’hui à renforcer nos équipes de Contract/Claim Managers.

Vos missions:

- L’ appui à nos Clients pour la contractualisation de leurs affaires et projets industriels
- Le pilotage des analyses de risques précontractuelles, et l’animation du portefeuille de risques contractuels lors de l’exécution du marché ;
- Le suivi contractuel des marchés de nos clients (Déploiement d’outils pour assurer la traçabilité et l’enregistrement des événements et écarts contractuels, support pour l’animation de la relation contractuelle : établissement de courriers, mises en demeure,) ;
- L’identification des opportunités et risques contractuelles pour nos clients (analyse SWOT des éléments constitutifs du marché, recensement par le biais des données récolées de l’ensemble des écarts induisant un impact sur les délais et financier sur le marché, valorisation de ces impacts,) ;
- Le support à nos clients pour la définition et le déploiement d’une posture et d’une stratégie contractuelle adaptée au contexte technique / organisationnel / politique des marchés en cours.

**Quel profil ?**

De formation bac+5, ingénieur ou juriste, vous disposez à mínima de 2 ans d’expériences sur de la gestion contractuelle ou sur de la gestion de projets avec un volet contractuel important.

Forte aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle.
