**About the job**

You will be part of an international team located in France, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. Internally, you will collaborate with customer service, supply chain and warehouse from other countries. You will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 employees - depending on low/high season - with daily tasks. This includes an inbound department, outbound, express shipment corner and expedition department. You will also be involved in projects aimed at improving the planning of various activities.

**What are you going to do?**
- Ensures regularity and achievement of objectives regarding the productivity of logistics agents ;
- Organizes regular meetings with the logistics agents team ;
- Participates in weekly WH group meetings ;
- Is in regular contact with carriers & suppliers ;
- Participates in annual team interviews with the WH Manager ;
- Completes & analyzes KPIs ;
- Participates in NRF group projects ;
- Provides improvement proposals within the team, within the NRF group.

**What do you bring?**
- 2 years’ experience in Logistics ;
- Bachelor Supply Chain/Logistics ;
- Proficient English ;
- Proven leadership skills ;
- Analytical skills ;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills ;
- Experience and understanding of similar work and administrative procedures (WMS) ;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 environment would be a plus.

**About the team**
- You will be based in Valenciennes, France and will work closely with colleagues from different departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00€ - 36,000.00€ per year
