**As a Customer Experience Representative, you will**:
- You process and solve the daily customer inquiries.
- You ensure that customers' questions and problems are resolved correctly and quickly for an excellent customer experience.
- You deal with difficult customers professionally and escalate problems to other departments.
- You will work closely with the technical team to identify bugs that impact our customers.
- You work independently with our platform and the tools we offer our customers.
**What will contribute to your success**:
- German at C1/C2 level and English at least at B2 level.
- Customer-oriented and eager to learn.
- First experience in customer service.
- Previous experience of processing tickets good technical understanding.
- French at B1 level or higher is a plus.
- SaaS experience is a plus.
