Global Director of Data

Work with country program data managers to ensure high-quality data.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and manage databases of global program data.
- Form and oversee the Global M&E unit responsible for the Provider Productivity Report and Quarterly Report.
- Provide long-term in-country support for coordination and scale-up of data management systems.
- Collaborate with global monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and quality teams to develop and implement tools, systems, and processes that improve data collection, management, and analysis.
- Work with the financial department to compile documents for modeling, projecting, and monitoring financial growth within global programs.
- Provide short-term technical support in data management and analysis to sites, countries, and bureaus.
- Train and support staff on global program data systems.
- Initiate analysis and prepare reports based on data quality and availability, and identify reporting needs.
- Analyze quantitative data from country programs for internal and external reports, papers, and presentations.
- Identify, prepare, and disseminate best practices and successful program interventions as part of the Global Technical Team.
- Assist in designing operational research data collection and analysis efforts.
- Travel up to 40% to country programs in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America to work with local staff.
- Participate in regular meetings and calls with global staff.
- Manage and submit regular data reports monitoring country programs, including quality indicators.
- Collaborate with the Global Technical Team, Bureau Chiefs, Country Program Managers, M&E officers, and external consultants to monitor and evaluate program efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
