Working at Guerbet is not only being part of a multicultural team of 2,600 people across more than 20 countries, but it is above all about playing a unique role in the future of medical imaging. **Location**: HQ, Villepinte, Paris Reporting into the SVP Diagnostic Imaging, the Head of Market Access & Public Affairs will define, along with other functions (Medical Affairs, Marketing, R&D, Comex Members), the market access strategy for new products & current portfolio, including evidence generation strategy, pricing, and reimbursement strategy for the whole Guerbet portfolio. This role would also be accountable for a team of 3 Market Access Specialists and for managing public affairs initiatives at global level and making sure that it is aligned with regulatory requirements, payer policies, and stakeholder expectations. **Key Responsibilities, but not limited to**: - Market Access Strategy Development: Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive market access strategies that optimize product reimbursement, pricing, and access to target markets. This includes conducting market research, analyzing payer trends, identifying opportunities and challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve market access objectives & the operational delivery of portfolio market access programs and strategies. - Act as a key member of the relevant cross functional teams, providing strategic input for the development and support of the brand value proposition and developing the appropriate tools for the delivery of the value messages to payers, clinicians and pharmacists and other stakeholders - Payer Relations: To ensure understanding of the market access needs for pre - and post-launch activities & develop advocacy strategies with payers in a global scope. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key payers, including government agencies, private insurers, and other stakeholders involved in the reimbursement process. - Centralize the market access expertise with a specific focus on P&R; linked with HTA activities as well as gathering knowledge of market access regulations, HTA processes in key countries, upcoming trends. - To build a strong network & work collaboratively with Regional based market access teams, consultants, and marketing to create innovative campaigns, tools and services - Manage the required tools & materials to enable the regional teams to effectively secure local access for the products - Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR): Oversee the development and execution of HEOR studies and economic modeling to demonstrate the value and cost-effectiveness of the products or services. - Pricing and Reimbursement Strategies: Develop and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies in alignment with market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. Conduct pricing analyses, assess market trends, and make recommendations on pricing strategies to maximize market access and financial performance. - Government Affairs and Policy: Monitor and analyze relevant legislative and policy developments that impact the organization's market access and public affairs activities. Engaging with government officials, industry associations, and advocacy groups to influence policies, regulations, and guidelines to support Guerbet’s objectives. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as commercial teams, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and legal departments to ensure market access strategies and public affairs initiatives are aligned with overall business goals. Provide guidance and support to these teams on market access-related matters. - Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement public affairs strategies to shape the organization's reputation, enhance its market position, and engage with key stakeholders. This may involve managing media relations, thought leadership initiatives, patient advocacy programs, professional associations, and public policy campaigns. - Identify sensitive issues (economic, regulatory), map stakeholders and build a long-term relationship with them to position Guerbet in the institutional landscape - Implement the proper action plans for influencing and meeting key institutional players and decision-makers (government, parliamentarians, local elected representatives, etc.) to support the s
