We're looking for a Head of Community Management to join us here at Focus Entertainment, based on-site in Paris, France. As part of our Communication team, you'll work with both the Marketing and Production departments, as well as our partners (studios, licensors, and agencies).

As the Head of our Community Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the liaison between Focus and all communities from our full catalogue of exciting games:

- Lead our social media organic strategy to find creative ways to liven up our communities.
- Direct relation with a Community Management agency on a daily basis. Making sure our partners are on board, know each games and their communities, and receive all needed information on time
- Manage the publisher's community management team, setting objectives and planning, as well as helping to:

- Enhance the flow of communication from all Focus departments to our gaming communities.
- Guide the evolution of the publisher's persona on social networks.
- Constant research of best practices, and new KPI to measure and enhance our communications on Social Media.
- Regular reportings
- Requirements :_
- Wide knowledge and passion for video games and their diverse communities
- Strong soft skills online and in-person
- Great organization skills and a spirit of rigour
- Excellent English - creative writing and oral skills.
- Mastery of social networking and its tools.

- Prise en charge à 50 % de la Carte pass restaurant et du titre de transport
- Prise en charge à 80% de la mutuelle (reste à charge de 16,11 euros)
