Au sein de la direction financière et rattaché(e) à la direction comptable, le (la) Financial Project Specialist participera activement à la montée en compétence et en maturité des équipes comptables et financières du groupe Swile.
Ses principales fonctions consisteront dans un premier temps à structurer le service comptabilité fournisseurs:
- implication dans les projets d’automatisation et d’optimisation des flux de factures d’achats ;
- mise en œuvre de roadmap de développement d’un outil de gestion de l’activité e-commerce ;
- accompagner la montée en compétences de l’équipe ;
- construire et assurer le suivi de KPIs de performance.
**Cette phase du poste est amenée à durer environ 12 mois.**
En parallèle et/ou en suivant cette première phase, le (la) Financial Project Specialist sera attendu sur un large panel de missions en fonction des projets menés et notamment:
- Participer activement à l’harmonisation et à l’optimisation de nos processus comptables et financiers.
- Cartographier les flux métiers et leurs implications financières afin d’identifier les zones de risques et les contrôles associés.
- Faire le lien entre les différentes équipes Finance (FP&A, Cash et Accounting) mais également avec les équipes Métiers / Paiement.
- Améliorer le dispositif de révision comptable (comptes sociaux et comptes consolidés)
- Assister les équipes comptables lors des périodes de clôture mensuelle.
Il s’agit d’un poste transverse à forte valeur ajoutée pour le groupe Swile permettant de toucher à de nombreuses problématiques et de travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
- Compétences attendues :_
- Vous avez une première expérience significative (au moins 5 ans) en comptabilité / audit / analyse financière. Une première expérience en conduite de projets serait un plus.
- Vous savez faire preuve d’adaptabilité et le fait de délivrer dans un environnement complexe ne vous fait pas peur. Vous avez l’habitude d’obtenir des résultats rapides et durables.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour tes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Vous n’hésitez pas à apporter votre soutien opérationnel lorsque vous l’estimez nécessaire et savez fédérer par votre enthousiasme et votre capacité à présenter les choses simplement.
- Vous faites preuve de curiosité et toucher à différentes activités et conduire plusieurs projets de manière simultanée ne vous fait pas peur.
- Nous attendons un anglais business sur ce poste.
