**Report to: Head of Partnerships, R&D strategy and portfolio**

**Location: Prades Le Lez, 34**

**The team for you to join**

You can expect an experienced / young and multi-skilled team of food technologists, food scientists and food technicians. We are characterized by a wide range of experience with different foods and food colors.

**You mission will be**:
As part of your main mission, you will oversee and manage R&D projects in connection with all the actors involved. You will be responsible for the good progress of the project on the human, technical and financial levels.
- Be a strong innovative partner within the Innovation organization and collaborate cross-functionally on innovation projects
- Take ownership of strategic R&D projects such as new product developments
- Support the innovation management team through data driven insights for strategic decision making (project prioritizations and resource allocations)
- Support the innovation strategy process across the innovation organization: support and drive innovation process, develop & consolidate strategies & strategic tools
- Secure that appropriate portfolio management & reporting processes/tools are developed, implemented and maintained for effectively handling R&D portfolio
- Support the improvement and maintenance of “best-in-class” project management

**Who are we looking for?**

Your professional acumen and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s your personality that makes the difference to succeed in this role.

Ideally, you have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar functions supported by experience in an industrial company, in an international environment

Further you will bring in the following skills and experience:

- Work experience (R&D and/or business), preferably in the food industry
- Experience in evaluating new products or technologies, both technologically and economically
- Robust experience in project and portfolio management
- Track record within innovation strategy / developing strategies is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and can-do mindset
- Practical Knowledge of SAP is also considered an advantage
- Fluent English skills (reading/writing and communication) are required

On the personal side you are hands-on and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment. You can stand your ground when needed and are able to deliver high quality within deadlines. You should have good analytical and problem-solving skills and be a strong communicator.

You should be comfortable working with many stakeholders and with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
