As a FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing forecasting & reporting, driving finance initiatives, and delivering strategic analysis to deliver and improve business performance.
**What you'll be doing**
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and the rolling forecast for the purposes of providing visibility into the business.
- Ensure the quality and analysis of information provided by the subsidiaries (P&L, Revenue, OPEX, etc.)
- Build financial reports providing valuable insights on our current performance (SaaS metrics, P&L, Cash flows) and analyses on variations vs. budget;
- Run ad-hoc analyses to help specific departments better understand their underlying drivers and optimize their performance
- Build management reporting, including critical metrics, business trends, and performance vs. plan for senior management and the Board.
**What you'll need to be successful**
- 3 to 5 years finance experience in the software industry
- You demonstrate strong business modelling skills, you are at ease with building reliable data-driven analysis
- You have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounting closing process;
- You're an Expert of Excel and Powerpoint, knowledge of Talentia and Tableau Software a plus
- You possess exceptional interpersonal / relationship skills to work cross-team;
- You're fluent in English and French
- Master's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business
