**Join The Inspire Academy Biarritz**, located in the breathtaking Basque Region of France—just 30 minutes from the Northern Spanish border. We are seeking enthusiastic **English Language Coaches** who are currently studying and looking for a **rewarding internship experience** in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- **Empower Students** - Help learners build confidence in their English communication skills.**:

- Engage Through Active Listening** - Provide constructive feedback and personalized corrections.**:

- Track Progress** - Deliver detailed feedback reports to support students’ development.
- **Lesson Coordination** - Schedule and manage English lessons using our internal IA platform.
- **Student Follow-ups** - Ensure students are prepared and motivated before their lessons.
- **Attendance & Organisation** - Maintain accurate attendance records and class reports.
- **Tailored Lesson Preparation** - Adapt lesson content to meet individual learning goals.
- **Daily Reporting** - Document lessons and progress in your Coach & Teaching Sheet.
- **Class & Event Participation** - Conduct lessons outside The Academy and assist in planning events.
- **Collaborate with Our Team** - Stay connected with colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.
- **Maintain a Welcoming Space** - Help keep The Academy organized and inviting.
