**What is my role?**:
As Event assistant for our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) meeting spaces and a showroom, you will report to the EBC Manager, and assist her in managing the organization of each event.
Together with the EBC Manager, you will be responsible for the full visit experience of our customers.
Based in Colombes, the global ALE headquarter of the company, you will closely collaborate with the entire sales and marketing organization, as well as international directors, and external suppliers.
**What am I responsible for?**:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer and partner visits which includes:
- Being the first point of welcoming and being at our customers’ service all along their visit
- Taking care of the meeting spaces : planning, preparation and delivery of customers/partners visits and events, allocating and setting up meeting rooms (catering, supplies)
- Perform regular light housekeeping duties (wipe tables, fill coffee pots, run dishwasher) (prior to evening company cleaning service)
- Taking care of the operationality of the spaces, maintaining accurate inventory/management of meeting rooms (sign boards, security and maintenance, refilling meeting rooms and lounge)

- You are committed to delivering the best possible experience to customers and partners, as well as colleagues
- You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and are able to handle emergencies and take initiative
- You have excellent written and oral expression in French and English (other languages are an advantage)
- You enjoy working in a team, in an international environment
With 2 years of experience minimum in the Event industry and/or customer service (hospitality), you aspire to new challenges in a dynamic and international environment.
Hospitality / hotel management would be a plus.
Knowledge of telecommunication industry and IT would be a plus.
This permanent position is based in Colombes (92).
