**What’s My Role?**
In collaboration with the EBC Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality visit experience to our customers.
As an **Event Assistant** for the meeting spaces and showroom of our **Executive Briefing Center (EBC)**, you will report to the EBC Manager and support the organization of each visit.
Based in **Colombes**, ALE’s global headquarters, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, international executives, and external vendors.
**Your Main Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for managing customer/partner visits and events, including:
- Being the primary point of contact and assisting visitors throughout their stay
- Coordinating internal and external visits, including scheduling, logistics, internal speakers, and suppliers
- Managing reception areas: scheduling, preparing and setting up meeting rooms before and after visits (catering, supplies, goodies)
- Overseeing the operational aspects of the EBC: signage, safety checks, maintenance, inventory management, and resetting meeting rooms and lounge areas
**Am I the right person for the job?**
- You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and you are capable of handling urgent situations and taking initiative
- You have outstanding written and spoken communication skills in both French and English (fluency is required; additional languages are a plus)
- You enjoy working as part of a team in an international environment
- You are organized, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong coordination and planning skills
- You’re comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- You are available to work full-time, on-site in Colombes 5 days a week
With a **minimum of 2 years of experience** in event coordination and/or customer service (hospitality), you're looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and international setting. Familiarity with the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus.
