You are
- Discreet and organized: you make our customers feel at home.
- Attentive, you offer personalized service and a unique experience to each customer.
- Meticulous, your sense of service is impeccable and you have an eye for detail.
You will
- Take advantage of professional quality equipment and innovations to ensure working comfort and greater autonomy
- Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department
- Anticipate and respond to different customer requirements and needs (600 to 1500 customers)
- Manage a maintenance team of 30 to 50 employees
- Monitor stock levels, identify supply needs and draw up orders
- Check that work is carried out to Club Med's high quality standards
- Be familiar with the resort and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering, etc.).
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
