**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Spanish or Arabic speaking **Full-Time Sales Associate** to join the team at our client's boutique at **Rue François, Paris**.
As a brand ambassador, you will deliver a refined and personalised client experience, sharing their unique fragrance philosophy with curiosity and creativity. Working closely with the Boutique Manager and your teammates, you’ll ensure the boutique maintains the highest standards of presentation and service while helping achieve sales goals and build strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding, individualised customer service aligned with brand values
- Share the story behind the brand and its fragrances through engaging, authentic storytelling
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits
- Support daily boutique operations, including merchandising, stock management, and maintenance
- Contribute to boutique performance by actively supporting sales goals and KPIs
- Ensure the boutique environment reflects luxury standards for presentation and cleanliness
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury retail or fragrance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional approach
- Detail-oriented, polished, and confident working in a dynamic boutique environment
- A genuine passion for fragrance, culture, and artisanal craftsmanship
**Language Requirements**
- Fluency in **Spanish OR Arabic, French, and English** is required. Additional languages are a plus.
