The overall mission of Global Project Leader is to deliver- The completion of the various project steps and deliverables in an efficient way- The definition and execution of the change management plan- The support to project leadership in the decision making
Key Accountabilities:
The Global Project Leader is responsible for performing the following main topics:
Project Management Office- Establish and run project Management Office activities and tools to ensure all project component are on track- Prepare and support decision making and arbitrage within the various governance bodies- Establish change management/communication plan encompassing stakeholders’ engagement- Ensure all interdependencies (projects, regulatory, HR, systems, etc.) are well identified and managed- Put in place a risk management process related to the project
Phase As Is, To Be, Roadmap and business case- Confirm scope of work and mobilize stakeholders and SMEs- Drive As Is analysis (activity and competencie survey, KPIs, qualitative analysis, interviews, current Run costs of the functions) and assessment vs comparable groups (benchmarks, meetings, etc.)- Coordinate To Be definition (Location analysis, roles/activity mapping, organizational structure, upskilling/reskilling efforts, sizing, Run costs, etc.) and roadmap scenarios (criteria, project costs, planning, interdependencies, change management, etc.)- Follow-up Risk and mitigation plan- Elaborate and submit Business case to Project leadership
Other responsibilities- Manage directly some functional topics (to be defined)- Contribute to develop awareness on SSC/COE within the organization- Design / set up / coordinate project stream leaders for the following phases- Manage close interactions with the other TOM leaders to finetune / adjust SSC/COE analysis or proposals- Manage close interactions with Run teams in existing SSCs and expert roles within the support functions- Leader project’s next phases (scope, roadmap, deliverables are TBD)
