To reach our new and exciting Pharma challenges, we are looking for our Integration Project Manager & PMO _This position will be based either in the USA (Wilmington) or in France (Lille)._

The Integration Project Manager & PMO will be pivotal in supporting the implementation of value creation projects and steering the project management office to ensure the successful delivery of the integration across the BG Pharma.

The overarching goal is to ensure seamless project execution, foster homogeneous project management, and drive value creation through the implementation of effective project management methodologies.

The Integration Project Manager & PMO reports to the BG Pharma Integration Director.
- Your futures roles and responsibilities:_

Lead the development and execution of the project management plan:
- Ensure alignment of the project objectives with the overall business strategy of Roquette Frères.- Regularly report progress and key project metrics to senior management and stakeholders

Ensure smooth and efficient integration as well as business continuity:
- Maintain uninterrupted project operations and service delivery during the project lifecycle.- Identify critical project functions and processes and devise strategies to mitigate any risks associated with project execution.

Build and deploy project management methodologies:
- Implement project management methodologies designed by project teams that align with the strategic goals of Roquette Frères.- Oversee the integration of people, processes, governance, DOA, and technologies across various projects.

Lead all project stakeholders:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project management process.- Ensure transparent communication and manage expectations through regular updates and feedback sessions.

Build a common culture around our challenges and our Employee Value Proposition:

Le Chef de Projet Intégration & PMO soutient la mise en œuvre des projets de création de valeur et dirige le bureau de gestion de projet afin d'assurer la réussite de l'intégration au sein de BG Pharma.

L'objectif principal est de garantir une exécution fluide des projets, de favoriser une gestion de projet homogène et de stimuler la création de valeur grâce à la mise en œuvre de méthodologies de gestion de projet efficaces.
