**About the role**:
At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring. We are hiring a** CRM & User Engagement Stage**to support the growth of our newly created CRM business unit.
This team manages the full customer journey: from the moment a user opts in to receive marketing communications to the reactivation of inactive users, with the goal of boosting engagement and retention.
You’ll be part of an international team that is passionate about travel and innovation. By joining cozycozy, you’ll **help millions of travelers** worldwide find their perfect accommodation.
**This 4-6 month internship is an onsite role based in our office in central Paris**
**Your mission**:
- Support both one-shot campaigns and automated scenarios (welcome sequence, post-search follow-ups, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team on CRM content creation, ensuring copy and visuals align with our branding.
- Build campaign reports, run A/B tests, and share actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- With the help of data teams, analyze engagement metrics such as repeat rate, app engagement, open & click rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Benchmark the tourism industry and share CRM best practices internally.
**About you**:
- You are comfortable speaking English. French is a strong plus
- You are currently enrolled in a MA or MSc in a Business School, University or equivalent.
- You have a strong copywriting skills and a creative mindset.
- You are rigorous, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
- You are comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
