As a Global Marketing Senior Manager - Stoppers and Solution at Becton Dickinson, your day will be filled with strategic thinking, market analysis, and driving innovation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, identify new product opportunities, and optimize our product portfolio.

**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, current product offerings, market developments, and changing trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Define and implement a product strategy to meet or exceed business unit objectives, including analyzing market data, conducting research, identifying opportunities, and developing a roadmap for multi-generational offerings.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for products by utility segment, including market assessments, defining customer needs, developing sales and marketing tools, advertising, and promotions.
- Ensure financial/budgetary goals are met through effective pricing strategies, market analyses, promotional programs, and distribution strategies.

**What You Bring**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GLOBAL marketing (MANDATORY)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of the vaccine market (IDEAL) or more generally, experience in the Medtech or medical device industry is a MUST HAVE
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively communicate short and long-term business strategies.
- Experience working with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure organizational readiness, drive solution selling culture, align plans across regions, and define implementation plans.
- Expertise in creating and managing communications programs, including advertising, public relations, direct mail, product literature, sales tools, and websites.
- A track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies, market analyses, promotional programs, market research, and distribution strategies.
