Job Description*
Main activities: *
**Be the PIM/DAM key user for Salomon Winter Sports Equipment (WSE) and be the quality owner of the data delivered into our systems**:

- Create/Enrich product data associated to each new product defined into Salomon WSE offers: ensure coordination around new product information defined with the categories (marketing, commercial, design, development ).
- Implement validation processes for product information/digital contents with PLMs, merchandisers, commercials, designers, developers linked to PIM & DAM tools.
- Animate timelines for PIM & DAM tools,
- Ensure deadlines are respected,
- Represent WSE during PIM/DAM cross-category meetings,
- Train and accompany WSE categories to new PIM/DAM needs,
- Proactively improve established processes.

**Coordinate the master data enrichment in information systems & make sure it fits with WSE Operations specificities and especially production**:

- Act as the voice of SWSE master data improvement requests and make sure systems & processes will answer to these new needs collaborating with IT department.
- Understand system impacts and WSE end to end processes.
- Work closely with Amer WSE Master Data team to ensure alignment with WSE Operations.
- Assist implementation on Salomon brand side of WSE Operations Master data initiatives.

**Improve customer/consumer experience, on our ecommerce website and B2B tools, thanks to qualitative content and adapted product information**:

- Diagnose, organize and enrich product data to correspond to consumers/customers’ needs (technologies, benefits, key information ),
- Ensure product data is qualitative and consistent when it is delivered to all distribution channels,
- Benchmark, develop our practices, offer new solutions, be the voice of the consumer within internal teams,
- Liaise between our PIM/DAM solutions and our D2C & Wholesale departments,
- Provide analysis on product data quality (Plasma, PIM, DAM) delivered to all our distribution channels thanks to reporting tools.
