**Job Description**:
**We are looking for a **Visual Merchandising Specialist W/M**:
The Visual Merchandising Specialist ensures the most inspiring and profitable visual merchandising in Salomon touchpoints (D2C and Wholesale) within a defined region, by creating, sharing and executing strong VM (Visual Merchandising) that drives Global consistency and retail profitability.

**Main Activities**:

- With an eye on inventory, build the by channel VM Guidelines, both standard and seasonal, including engage zone, window and mannequin merchandising with a strong collaboration with retail marketing and merchandising teams.
- Participate in seasonal product kick-offs (future seasonal alignment with Merchandising and marketing). Collaborate to define the product presentation for future seasons with a creative, modern and commercial mindset.
- In collaboration with the retail experience team, maintain VM in the Global HQ retail lab.
- With the expertise of the Field, contribute to new store opening plans. Visualize all floorplans seasonally for a defined region, track major changes, record impact to capacity and align with Allocations and merchandising. Lead new store openings and concept refits in defined region when needed.
- Ensure our retail network receives exceptional VM support & visits, build close relationships with VM champions and District Managers and externals in the field to execute the Brand vision in a defined region (EMEA focused).
- Gather consumer feedback from the Field (consumer journey, assortment, marketing & VM related topics) and feed the HQ retail teams accordingly.
- Think analytically when visiting stores, reviewing store numbers to maximize productivity in the VM action plans & executions.
- Create VM training content, live and/or recorded, for all VM related topics (IWD platform, retail summit, talent training, Wholesale kick-offs etc.). Ensure regular training during field visits.
