Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project **#IWorkForAllForGood** We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Data & Analytics Product Owner to act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) and strategic business partner for the RID department, serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and data technology teams. You will join the Data Team and closely collaborate with business units to define, prioritize, and steer projects. You will integrate into a structured environment offering significant domain expertise in RID, facilitating rapid skill development. **Main Responsibilities** - Gather and challenge business requirements from RID teams. Organize and lead workshops to align projects with business objectives. - Collaborate closely with Data Governance, Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams to ensure consistency and quality in delivered solutions. - Translate business needs into clear specifications to DE & BI teams through uses stories. - Ensure the delivery of his/her projects and products in line with the defined domain roadmap. Ensure the testing and the quality of the delivered solution. - Spot opportunities to integrate advanced analytics and artificial intelligence innovations into RID use cases. **Technical Skills** - Basics in SQL and Power Bi modelisation - Awareness of data science and AI topics - Knowledge in Product Management and Agile Delivery **Soft Skills** - Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset. - Ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified way to non-technical stakeholders. - Well-organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively **Education and Experience** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Data, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent fields. - 1-3 years of experience in data, product management, or project management. - Previous experience in RID or Analytics projects would be a plus. **Why Join Bel ?** At Bel Group, we believe that innovation in data is a key lever to tackle today’s challenges and build tomorrow’s solutions.
