Et chez nous, la ressource précieuse, c’est vous **Rejoignez Eramet, laissez votre talent battre plus fort. **Finance IS Product Line Manager H/F**: - Référence du poste: 44228- Lieu: Paris, FR- Type de contrat: CDI Offre soumise aux conditions d’un contrat local sans avantages expatriés **Descriptif du poste**: **Responsabilités**: - Définir et communiquer la vision à moyen et long terme du périmètre (6-24 mois) - Piloter les projets SI dans le domaine Finance, en étroite collaboration avec les entités locales - Assurer le respect des engagements en termes de priorités et délais - Participer aux instances de pilotage avec les différentes directions métiers - Manager une équipe interne composée de 4 personnes (Product Owners et Business Analysts) - Définir et suivre les budgets alloués à son périmètre - Élaborer la vision produit en s’appuyant sur une expertise métier reconnue - Identifier les attentes des utilisateurs et sélectionner les fonctionnalités prioritaires - Organiser et animer des comités utilisateurs pour alimenter la vision à moyen et long terme - Définir les KPIs et assurer le reporting du produit auprès des directions métiers **Votre Profil**: - Formation BAC+5, ingénieur ou école de commerce - Expérience >10 ans des solutions SAP, en TMA ou en projet - Connaissance des modules SAP FI (GL-AP-AR-AA) et CO (OM-PC-PA-CCA), FC un plus - Connaissance d’une solution de gestion de la trésorerie - Compétences de management pour le pilotage d’une équipe - Capacités relationnelles développées pour établir un climat de confiance avec les managers métiers, les DSI - Initiatives et capacités à proposer des solutions et à les mettre en œuvre - Maîtrise des processus de gestion de projets SI et des processus TMA - Connaissance architecture globale IT (réseau, mobilité, data center) **Nos avantages**: Rejoignez Eramet, groupe minier responsable et engagé, pour une carrière passionnante dans un environnement de travail dynamique, inclusif et international, avec des nombreuses opportunités développement Intégrez les équipes d'Eramet et bénéficiez de: - Un package de rémunération attractif incluant un salaire annuel fixe, une rémunération variable liée à votre performance, intéressement et participation et des primes diverses suivant votre poste. - L’accès à un programme d’actionnariat salarié - Un dispositif complet d’épargne salariale et retraite co-financé par l’entreprise - La prise en charge à 100% de votre pass Navigo ou forfait de mobilité durable (vélo, coivoiturage, abonnement, indemnité transport) - Jusqu’à 2 jours de télétravail par semaine selon les dispositions en vigueur au sein de votre équipe - Une mutuelle santé et une couverture prévoyance - L’accès à une offre de loisirs à prix réduit
