Product Manager - PET Complete Lines F/H/D
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will be responsible for managing PET Complete Lines as a product, specifically within the Water and Soft Drinks categories. Your primary focus will be on enhancing competitiveness, driving profitable growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include defining the global strategy for PET Lines solutions, leading the implementation of roadmaps, providing critical inputs for new product development, and supporting customer management teams in optimizing product application and value selling. This is a global position within the organization, with end-to-end accountability for PET Lines related to Water and Soft Drinks.
YOUR MISSIONAs Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be :
- Define the
product strategy - PET Lines solutions - Contribute
to the Portfolio Road Map - Be in close
contact with the market, customers, customer management operations to
understand the industry's needs and trends - Translate
market trends and industry needs into product specification - Work hand
on hand with equipment product managers and platform owners to develop
solutions that maximize value to customers - Lead the
development and deployment of best practice lines incl. price positioning - Guide the
prroduction of promotional and value selling material - Provide
expertise on your product to the customer management operations - Assess and
validate the integration of third part equipment in SIDEL complete lines,
whenever necessary
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is considered an advantage.
Candidates should have five to seven years of experience in product management, preferably within the beverage or packaging industry.
The position demands strong strategic and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in project management and roadmap implementation is essential.
In addition, an in-depth knowledge of PET packaging solutions and their application in the Water and Soft Drinks sectors is required.
