Operation Coordinator

**About Us**

We are a fast-growing fulfilment company, supplying premium products to partners and customers across the UK, EU, USA, and beyond. Our busy B2B and B2C fulfilment warehouse handles thousands of shipments monthly — from large palletised orders for global distributors to carefully packed parcels for individual customers.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in keeping operations smooth, efficient, and customer-focused.

**The Role**

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our logistics team — ensuring daily operations run seamlessly. You will coordinate goods in and out, oversee order processing, and support warehouse staff to meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality. The role require to monitor and improve the efficiency to all operational aspects to the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound deliveries, stock control, and outbound shipments (B2B & B2C).
- Liaise with logistics providers (DHL, DPD, DB Schenker, Chronopost, etc.) to ensure timely dispatch and cost efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and update systems in real time.
- Support the implementation of sustainable packaging and shipping solutions.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse health & safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist in planning workloads and meeting KPIs.
- Provide hands-on support during peak periods (picking/packing as required).
- Improve efficacy

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in warehouse/fulfilment operations (B2B & B2C preferred).
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise under pressure and work to deadlines.
- Good IT literacy (experience with WMS, ERP or shipping platforms is an advantage).
- A problem-solver who enjoys improving processes and efficiency.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of skincare, cosmetics or FMCG fulfilment is a plus.

Status: Cadre

Pay: 25,000.00€ - 30,000.00€ per year
