As part of the Global Integrated Marketing Communication team, in the Marketing Transformation department, your support will be key to help us building our communication strategies and connecting our strong and purposeful brands with consumers across 30 countries. At the end of this experience, you should understand why integrated marketing communications are essential to build strong brands and deliver business and should manage media & digital specificities, buying and monitoring. **MAIN DUTIES** - Support of local and global marketing teams for multi-countries campaigns: from the creation of assets, media global guidelines to the good implementation locally - Coordination of media and creative agencies: help the team to manage the strategic Bel partners, via a follow up of the on-going different topics, analyses of the documents and recommendations shared by our agencies, at a global and local level. - Participation to the Marketing Group Transformation: - Agencies: partners to manage (scope definition, ways of working, assessment etc.) - Digital: help marketing teams to better understand digital platforms and boost social, search, influence e-retail strategies etc. and participate to key projects with digital media owners (Facebook, Google, Pinterest etc.) - Competitive intelligence & Benchmarks: identify new trends, inspiring advertisers’ new campaigns to nourish marketing teams - Media investments management: monitoring of the Group media budgets and of their efficiency around the world: - Set up and monitor harmonized media & digital guidelines, global KPIs - Challenge productivity objectives and analyse media audit reports **PROFIL** - Vous êtes en Master 2 Communication, Marketing - Vous avez une expérience au sein d'une agence média - Votre anglais est courant **CE QUE BEL VOUS OFFRE EN PLUS** - Gratification selon grille légale - Rythme d'alternance : 3 jours d'entreprise/2 jours à l'école - 12 mois avec nos équipes "fromagères" pleines d'énergies - Un suivi RH personnalisé tout au long de votre stage - 65% de remboursement de titre de transport Qu'en est-il de mon développement ? 93% de nos stagiaires recommandent notre groupe pour y faire un stage Plus qu'un diplôme, nous recherchons des personnalités en phase avec notre état d'esprit.
