Descriptif du poste

Rattaché à la direction de la performance & développement, dans le cadre d'une création de poste, véritable pilier entre les fonctions supports et les filiales, vous intervenez dans la mise en place du Knowledge management et de la démarche d'amélioration continue au sein du groupe. A ce titre, vous aurez pour principales missions:

- Assurer la gestion et la capitalisation des savoirs et des organisations
- Analyser le fonctionnement des process : identification des acteurs, fonctions, responsabilités, organisations.
- Accompagner les équipes dans la production de contenus et la formalisation de procédures (modèles de documents, fiches, guide, supports méthodologiques etc..)
- Collecter, synthétiser et rendre accessible les différents contenus
- Gérer la diffusion via des outils internes (moteur de recherche)
- Accompagner le changement et acculturer les collaborateurs sur les bénéfices et les pratiques du KM : transformer la contrainte de la documentation en un véritable pilier productif
- Animer et Impulser une culture d'amélioration continue
- Accompagner la mise en place des améliorations par le biais d'indicateurs de pilotage

Profil recherché

Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5, ingénieur ou école de commerce, vous disposez une expérience réussie dans la mise en place du knowledge management au sein d'une entreprise.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre pédagogie, votre diplomatie et votre sens du service
- Vous faites preuve d'un excellent relationnel vous permettant d'animer et mobiliser des équipes multidisciplinaires de manière transverse.
- Vous êtes curieux, possédez une aisance rédactionnelle et un esprit de synthèse
- Vous maitrisez les logiciels du pack Office et parlez anglais couramment
