Board France is looking for a results-driven **Business Development Manager** to join our team as part of our continued expansion in the Country.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead the business development department expanding the sales pipeline and overseeing the routing of qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives.
**Main duties**:
- Hire, Train, and Manage team of Business Development Representatives
- Motivate BDRs to exceed sales objectives
- Collaborate with the Sales, to expand and build the Sales Pipeline through the Prospects Database
- Establish best practices for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling
- Coach and incentivize BDRs on the importance of understanding customers’ requirements and establishing strong relationships through superior service
- Oversee the routing of qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Create metrics to monitor sales leads and sales conversions
- Generate reports to monitor sales forecasting, goals and results
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
**What we look for**:
- 3+ years of experience as a manager in business development or inside sales
- Proven track record of experience in the software industry (CPM/EPM preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound organizational skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
