**Role Overview**:
As a Revenue & Pricing Analyst, you will leverage your strong analytical abilities to build sophisticated financial and pricing models, support the creation of compelling commercial offers, and serve as a trusted business partner to our experienced enterprise sales teams. You will play a vital role in shaping Mirakl's pricing strategy and ensuring operational excellence across revenue processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advanced Pricing Analytics & Deal Desk Support- Design, refine, and maintain robust pricing models and frameworks for Mirakl's SaaS offerings.
- Partner closely with enterprise sales representatives to analyze complex deal structures and develop tailored pricing proposals that balance customer value and business objectives.
- Build and enhance simulation tools to assess deal profitability, pricing scenarios, and commercial terms for large-scale B2B customers.
- Analyze customer, deal, and product KPIs to generate actionable insights for sales and leadership teams.
- Sales Compensation Management- Contribute to the design and implementation of data-driven compensation plans, ensuring alignment between sales incentives and company goals.
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Finance to manage monthly and quarterly closings, ensuring accuracy and transparency in commission calculations and reporting.
- Account Management & Retention Analytics- Provide day-to-day analytical support to the Account Management team at a global level.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on customer performance, including retention, expansion, and churn, to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work seamlessly with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies and revenue operations.
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or Financial Analyst role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in building and managing complex financial or pricing models (advanced proficiency with Excel or similar tools required).
- Demonstrated ability to provide analytical deal support to experienced enterprise sales teams, including pricing, margin analysis, and commercial offer creation.
- Strong experience with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to deep dive into data and distill actionable insights.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English; experience supporting teams across EMEA is a strong plus.
