Personal Assistant

**Overview**
Octo Marine, leader in the design, installation and repair of water treatment products for the yachting industry, is looking for a personal assistant to support management and manage a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key responsibilties will include**
- Assisting with company development projects in liaison with mangement
- Performing general HR administration
- Making travel arrangements
- Handling phone enquiries
- Acting as the main point of contact for company maintenance and contracts
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Assisting the logistics department with client quotes and shipping
- Other ad hoc projects

**Your profile**

Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and resourcefulness

Detail-oriented, discreet, and highly attentive

Must be fluent in English and French. Some notions of Italian is desirable

Approximately 8-10 years experience as a Personal Assistant is desired
