**Context**
As part of its strategic transformation plan _Unlock _, the Operations Chapter at SCOR is exploring areas of improvement and innovation—particularly focusing on how AI and automation can enhance Security and Compliance, improve Incident Response, and support Change Delivery. The aim is to build a fully integrated Engineering Platform with a Single Pane of Glass Observability.

To support this initiative, we are looking for an intern with a strategic and analytical mindset to help us assess opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Conduct a discovery phase during the first month to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Operations Chapter’s ecosystem, including Run, Build, Engineering Platform, and Observability Platform teams.
- Identify key challenges and areas where new technologies (AI, automation, tooling) could improve efficiency, security, or organization.
- Deliver a Discovery Report at the end of the first month outlining key findings and potential opportunities for improvement.
- Select 1 or 2 opportunities for further in-depth analysis or prototyping during the final two months of the internship.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers and managers, to collect insights and validate hypotheses.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Operations Chapter Manager and Deputy.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT Strategy, or a related field (final year or gap year internship).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a genuine interest in IT operations and innovation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, synthesize complex information, and produce clear, actionable reports.
- A strong interest in emerging technologies, including AI and automation, is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and/or French.
