**What you do**
Reporting to Vice President - Global Sales Operations, you will be responsible for onboarding of new partners and the expansion of existing partners into new markets.
You will play a role to leverage best project management and process engineering practices to creating repeatable project templates when applicable and create turn-key implementation processes that ultimately reduce the time to market. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage complex, strategic and large projects that onboard new partners, migrate partners to new solutions or expand the geographical footprint of partners‘ points of sale.
- Ensure strong understanding of each partner’s onboarding requirements (should not be shy of asking questions) and document the requirements and approvals.
- Serve as a primary contact and advocate for our partners while managing the partner relationship throughout the project.
- Lead the project team while working cross-functionally with different depts, leading without authority to ahieve project goals, timelines and budgets.
- Assess the different tasks to meet the goals through strong internal networking, leveraging of resources and reengineering development, readiness and testing processes. Ensure a smooth launch of our insurance in the partners‘ live environments.
- Define milestones, roll-out plan and timelines through both repeatable and customized project plans depending on the need of the partner.
- Document all projects and processes and push the envelope in efficiency. Lead and contribtue to a community of Onboarding and Project Excellence.
- Provide regular updates through CRM tools and report on the status of all implementation projects. Escalate risks and roadblocks in a timely manner.
**What you bring**
- 6+ years experience in the Travel industry (travel insurance would be a plus) - experience within AZ group is an additional plus
- 3+ years in a Project Management role (experience with different kinds of project management - waterfall, agile - is a plus)
- A team player, with excellent communications skills & capacity to resist to work pressure and tight deadlines
- Result oriented and high performer, with the ability to lead without authority
- Facilitates process improvement
- Acts with transparency
- Capable to work MS Project and Microsoft Office
- Business fluent level of English necessary, additional language would be a plus
