Solutions Manager

**What you do**
Reporting to Vice President, Global Sales Operations you will be responsible for collaborating with internal functions and external prospects/partners to design a robust business solution that meets our prospect’s/partner’s requirements within the confines of internal architectures, products and processes (creating customized solutions only when necessary). You will document these solutions during the sales lifecycle in a way that allows for the implementation team to execute the project according to your blue prints. You will also be a key resource in assisting the implementation after the deal has been won.
Your key repsonsibilites will be to:
- Lead the solution team while working cross-functionally with different depts to ahieve opportunity goals and timelines.
- Have a clear understanding of internal products, operations, technical and business capabilities and dig deep into requirements to ensure a strong understanding of prospects/partners capabilities and needs (should not be shy of asking questions) and document the requirements that lay the groundwork for an efficient implementation.
- Serve as a primary contact and advocate for our partners while managing the partner relationship throughout the lifecycle with our sales team
- Define and improve the „solutioning“ process and be able to work in multiple styles of project management (waterfall, agile, etc.)
- Evaluate a solution’s complexity, scalability and business impact to support prioritization and alignment with strategic plans.
**What you bring**
- 8+ years experience in the Travel industry (travel insurance would be a plus) - experience within AZ group is an additional plus
- 3+ years in a Project Management role (experience with different kinds of project management - waterfall, agile - is a plus)
- Capable to work MS Project and Microsoft Office
- A team player, with excellent communications skills & capacity to resist to work pressure and tight deadlines
- Result oriented and high performer, with the ability to lead without authority
- Facilitates process improvement
- Acts with transparency
- Business fluent level of English necessary, additional language would be a plus
