**Job Overview**

As a **Junior Project Manager**, you will support end-to-end event and exhibition projects — from planning to execution — across Europe. This position involves **client coordination, vendor management, on-site supervision**, and **logístical execution** of projects.

You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure in dynamic environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support **project planning and execution** from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with **clients, internal teams, and vendors** to ensure project success.
- Handle **on-site supervision** during exhibitions and events.
- Conduct **site visits, measurements, and installation oversight**.
- Maintain project checklists, budgets, and schedules.
- Attend **project meetings**, prepare updates, and report project progress.
- Ensure **compliance with venue regulations** and safety protocols.
- Foster **strong client relationships** through proactive communication.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in project coordination, event management, or related fields.
- Fluent in **English**; proficiency in a second language (French, German, Spanish, Polish, or Italian) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and **multitasking skills**.
- High attention to detail, **problem-solving attitude**, and ability to work under tight timelines.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and **team collaboration** skills.
- Ability to **travel across Europe** and work flexible hours including nights/on-site shifts.
