Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Developing and updating our positioning and messaging framework to highlight the unique benefits of our product and resonates with our target audience.
- Work with the product team to understand Witco’s features and benefits and develop compelling messaging highlighting its value.
- Develop and execute product launch plans that effectively communicate new features and updates to existing customers and prospects.
- Develop a customer marketing strategy that leverages customer success stories and social proof to attract and retain customers.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams (e.g., sales, customer success) to understand customer needs and ensure our messaging and positioning align with their pain points.
- Create sales enablement content that addresses common questions and concerns at different sales process stages.
**Preferred experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and the ability to understand complex products and features.
- Experience with market research, customer segmentation, and messaging development.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and executing marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
