**Le rôle : SuccessFactor Project Manager (H/F/X)**
- Nous recherchons un SAP SuccessFactors Manager pour gérer l’implémentation et la migration de la solution SAP SuccessFactors, spécialisée dans la gestion des ressources humaines. Une expérience dans les secteurs du luxe, du retail ou de la mode est un plus.

**Responsabilités**:

- Piloter la migration et l’implémentation de SAP SuccessFactors.
- Superviser les intégrations techniques et garantir la stabilité des systèmes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes RH et IT pour aligner les besoins métiers et les solutions SAP.
- Manager une petite équipe et coordonner des consultants externes.
- Garantir la sécurité des données et la conformité des processus RH.
- Identifier des axes d’amélioration et d’optimisation des systèmes.

Ce que nous recherchons:

- Expertise avancée en SAP SuccessFactors.
- Expérience en migration technique SAP et intégration de systèmes.
- Connaissances solides en IT et systèmes RH (compréhension technique au-delà des aspects fonctionnels).
- Expérience en transformation digitale RH et implémentation HRIS.
- Capacité à comprendre et analyser du code (sans être développeur actif).
- Expérience dans le secteur du luxe, du retail ou de la mode (un plus).
- Anglais courant, allemand ou français fortement appréciés.
