**The mission**
Playing a cross-functional and leadership role, build and define the overall Supply Chain Planning strategy in line with the division's objectives. Lead its implementation by developing an ambitious roadmap with a continuous improvement approach. Establish and maintain a global model. Ensure effective communication of the forecast's implications across the supply chain to ensure seamless fulfillment of demand.
- Establish the SC Planning model and processes in coordination with key external and internal stakeholders meeting divisional and customer requirements. Establish regular collaboration with finance, commercial, and sales leaders to develop a precise demand forecast.
- Develop the Global Guidelines & Procedures on overall levels of Supply Chain Planning toward a full Integrated Business Planning.
- Ensure full execution and deliveries of the Strategic & Tactical Plannings (BSR, S&OE, S&OP) by Regions and Globally.
- Provide clear guidelines to operational teams to ensure they understand, adopt, and execute the respective Supply Chain planning models. Provide leadership and mentorship for a team of leaders to ensure the strategic vision is successfully executed in each area. Influence over key stakeholders throughout all regions, locations and the entire end-to-end one operations team.
- Prepare, coordinate, and animate meetings and cross-service interactions/decisions at global business planning (S&OP, BSR) execution.
- Support Global/Regional/Local on needed business analysis, alternative scenarios, and decisions.
- Ensure that the digital landscape is properly designed and maintained, taking advantage of new technologies, as the consistency of master data for plannings execution.
- Participate in sustainable development initiatives, identify new levers for the improvement of the different planning processes.
- Ensure relative training modules to planning processes and tools, and support to their organization.
- Be an active member of the Pet Food Global Supply Chain Council

**ABOUT YOU**
**Demonstrate imperative expertise in the overall strategic development of multisite supply chain planning within a matrix environment.**
- Hold an engineering or master's degree in management or a related field, preferably with a specialization in supply chain.
- Have more than 7 years of experience in international supply chain planning (S&OP, IBP, MPS, etc.).
- Possess strong analytical and strategic skills, along with resilience and relentless execution capabilities.
- Demonstrate business expertise with a strong results-oriented focus.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and a proven ability to influence and work with different professions to achieve strategies and objectives.
- Be capable of leading projects in a global matrix organization, within a highly multicultural and fast-paced work environment.
- Be familiar with IT environments such as Ganacos, Excel, ERP, etc.
- **Fluent in English; a second language would be a plus.**
- Ideally, possess an ASCM (formerly APICS) certification or equivalent.
