**In this operational role, you will be responsible for the management of 8 people and will report to the EMEA Sales Director.**
Coordinate the Customer Service department to ensure the service and satisfaction of national and international customers; Ensure that internal procedures, compliance and regulatory standards are respected; Establish interface with other departments and monitor deliveries that impact on customer service; Provide information to other departments related to sales forecast and other relevant information for decision making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management and coordination of the Customer Service teams
- Define and monitor department KPI’S
Support to sales managers and Commercial Director
- Coordinate, scheduling and confirmation of orders
Coordinate the sending of samples
Control and follow up of the customers overdues
- Coordinate the updating of customer records, prices and others in the ERP system
- Interface with the different departments: Supply Chain Quality, Purchasing
- Manage and negotiate with Supply Chain the production schedule
- Define the production priorities with the Commercial Director
- Handle customer complaints: Open Non-conformity and ensure that responses are sent to customers, ensure that the treatment of the occurrence is finalized
- Elaborate weekly updated invoicing and sales forecast and forward to the Sales Director and Finance Department
- Issue commercial reports for the Board, Commercial, Production and Regulatory teams
- Participate on the S&OP and S&OE process together with the Sales Director
- Participate/organize weekly and monthly meeting

**What about you?**
We are looking for a **strong leader** with **proven management experience** gained in an** industrial B2B **environment. You will have experience of leading and coaching a team of 8 “team players” and will have previously set and monitored performance targets. Diplomatic communicator, you will **facilitate inter-departments relationships**.

Experience of **managing business complexity** and **continuous improvemen**t is essential and you will have the ability to use insight to drive operational improvement. You will also have the ability to assimilate data, identify problems and implement viable solutions to create better ways of working.

You will speak** fluent English and French**; a third language will be a plus.
