**Retail Facility Coordinator**:
Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.
John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.
**Responsabilités**:
- Suivi des prestataires externes et des budgets : ménage, maintenance, sécurité pour garantir le respect des standards de la Maison.
- Participer à la collecte et archive de tous les documents techniques et juridique du service.
- Responsabilité de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie Facility de Maison Margiela en matière de maintenance, d'hygiène et de sécurité définie par le Retail Facility Manager et Health & Safety Manager.
**Maintenance & Facility**
- Assurer la maintenance courante, préventive et corrective des équipements techniques des magasins français et des budgets. Processus à suivre selon les directives établies par le Retail Facility Manager, le département architecture et le Retail Operation Manager.
- Mettre en œuvre les orientations en matière d'entretien et de sécurité pour les magasins nouvellement conçus par le Retail Facility Manager
- Veiller à ce que les directives en matière d'entretien, de santé et de sécurité soient appliquées conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.
- Obtenir les devis auprès des fournisseurs et en assurer le suivi de la facturation.
- Recueillir et consolider les commentaires des directeurs de magasins et prendre des mesures pour améliorer en permanence les services de Maison Margiela.
- Gestion des remontées qualités et demandes d’interventions auprès les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services.
- Préparation des activités de maintenance lors des rénovations/ouvertures de boutique avec le département d'architecture.
**Profile**:
- BTS, BAC+2, BAC+3 ou diplôme/expérience équivalente dans le domaine de la maintenance ou de l'architecture.
- Expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans un environnement similaire
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais auprès des fournisseurs et équipes Maison Margiela. La maîtrise d’une troisième langue (Italien) est appréciée.
- Compréhension des aspects techniques et juridiques des systèmes électriques, de climatisation, de sécurité et budgétaire nécessaire.
- Aptitude à revoir les process et à apporter des améliorations.
- Esprit d'analyse et capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
