**THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for interior/exterior cleanliness and general maintenance of the office
- Welcoming of all office visitors
- Daily management & handling of parcels
- Performing visual checks of all office areas, execute exchange of wear and tear parts (light bulbs, toners, etc), basic repairs painting works etc.
- Monitoring and maintaining utility areas and equipment
- Responding to colleagues inquiries and requests
- Working closely with local facility contractors and Manager Facilities in Amsterdam HQ

**PROFILE**
- You have technical background or education, relevant practical experience is a plus
- You have basic computer skills (Office tools, Outlook)
- You are service minded and like getting things done
- You work independently but with your eyes on the team’s interests
- You thrive in a diverse working environment and are flexible
- You are fluent in French and English
