**JOB DISCRIPTION**
- Serve and support legal issues of Group in Europe, including but not limited to:
1. The first contact for EU subsidiaries in Group Legal Department.
2. Draft and review contract, e.g. commercial, employment and etc.
3. Consult to legal inquiries related to business and operation from EU subsidiaries.
4. Assist in handling arbitration and dispute.
5. Business related legal research and legal inventory management.
6. Strong ability to translate the legal concepts and regulatory instructions into plain language and improve the deliver to EU subsidiaries.
- Consult, advise and train business related compliance issues for EU subsidiaries.
- Manage corporate governance information of EU subsidiaries. Keep the registration information up to date.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Legal education background in China and EU countries.
- Obtained the legal professional qualification in China or EU.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese language, fluent in official languages of EU member states, e.g. French, Polish and German, will be a plus.
- 3-5 year of working experience in law firm (corporate legal adviser preferred) or similar role in the company(in-house experience preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and shifting priorities. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
- Service-oriented, with ability to work an act as a true legal business partner with business department.
- Commercial awareness and good negotiating skills.

**Salary**: 5,000.00€ - 8,000.00€ per year
