**Job Description Summary**

Missions principales:

- Assurer la performance logistique de Décines et Vénissieux (coûts, qualité, délais et sécurité) dans le respect des procédures groupe et des réglementations en vigueur.
- Être garant de la justesse des stocks
- Assurer la planification et l’ordonnancement en fonction des capacités matérielles et humaines disponibles et dans le respect des niveaux de stocks attendus

ENGLISH

Main tasks:

- Ensure the logístical performance of Decines and Venissieux (costs, quality, deadlines and safety) in compliance with Group procedures and current regulations.
- Ensure that stocks are accurate
- Ensure planning and scheduling according to available material and human capacities and in compliance with expected stock levels

Activités principales:

- ** Manager hiérarchiquement l’équipe**:
Assurer la polyvalence des équipes

Participer aux analyses d’incidents et mettre en place les actions
- ** Veiller à la justesse des stocks**

Organiser les inventaires annuels et tournants:
S’assurer de la conformité entre mouvements informatiques et physiques

Mettre à jour des données dans l’ERP
- ** Piloter l’activité du sous-traitant logistique**:
Mener des comités de pilotage trimestriels

Suivre des indicateurs de performance (surface occupée, taux de livraison )
- ** Superviser l’activité ordonnancement**:
Valider tout arrêt de production et les montées en stock associées

Trouver des solutions en cas d’impondérable

Assurer le back-up du Responsable ordonnancement et flux internes

Main activities:

- ** Manage the team hierarchically**

Ensure the versatility of the teams

Participate in incident analysis and implement actions
- ** Ensure that stocks are accurate**

Organising annual and rolling inventories:
Ensuring compliance between computerised and physical movements

Update data in the ERP; follow up with the departments concerned in the event of missing movements
- ** Manage the activities of the logistics subcontractor**

Conduct quarterly steering committees

Monitor performance indicators (surface area occupied, delivery rates, etc.)
- ** Supervise scheduling activities**

Validate any production stoppages and associated stock increases

Find solutions in the event of unforeseen circumstances

Provide back-up for the Scheduling and Internal Flow Manager

**Required Skills and Education**

FRENCH
- Connaissances professionnelles transport, logistique industrielle et commerciale
- Connaissances générales en transport ( réglementation et tarification)
- Anglais courant
- Expérience du management

ENGLISH
- Professional knowledge of transport, industrial and commercial logistics
- General knowledge of transport (regulations and pricing)
- Fluent English
- Management experience
