We are looking for a **CRM Manager Europe - Salesforce** (M/F**) for a permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible.
XPO's ambition is to make existing CRM (Salesforce) as a strong tool to support sales growth by helping to manage customer relationship, sales activities and sales performance on an efficient way. As part of this, the objective of the **CRM Europe Manager** is to ensure full adoption and accurate CRM information for all business units ans users within Europe Sales organization. Accordling, your main tasks will be:
**1) Manage CRM enhancement program**
- Identify rooms for improvement to make system easier to use and sales process' compliant
- Organize & anime workshops
- Work with the Salesforce development team and other technicial resources to ensure features/functionalities are developed according to business requirements
- Test and validate all the enhancements
- Document system processes and changes
**2) Manage training process**
- Ensure training harmonized approach within European countries
- Train part of new sales comers (Strategic Account Managers)
- Desing and update training materials (manual, videos, weekly tips,...)
**3) CRM Administration**
- Manage daily admin activities in relationship with Corporate teams & countries' key users: create/maintain users' profiles, manage implementation of releases, help to solve bugs, support countries' key users when needed, create reports and dashboards...
**4) CRM Data Management (ensure data are consistent and up to date)**
- Monitor data quality and implement/manage all actions to guarantee CRM data integrity in relationship with countries' key users (routines and one shot)
- Implement and manage data mining processes
**5) Manage CRM European key users community**
- Ensure regular communication with the community about CRM actualities (release, focus,...)
- Support key users on specific topics when needed
**6) Pardot Administration**
- Create automations and build engagement journey
- Enhance the integration between Salesforce and Pardot
The role will involve working closely with european countries' CRM key users, with Corporate One CRM Team and with European Sales Performance & Sales Excellence team.
**What you need to succeed**
Hard skills
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field of study
- You have 3-5 years of administration support experience and at least 2 years with Salesforce
- You are fluent and english and french (spanish would be a plus)
- You have a strong expertise on Microsoft Office programs
- You are a Salesforce expert/You have an implementation experience
- You have deep level sales process knowledges
- Project Management expertise (Scrum/Agile) would be a plus
Soft skills
- You have very good communication skills, especially with sales teams
- You have leadership and you are able to deliver key messages on a pedagogical way
- You are able to work on a multicultural environment
- You are agile and able to quickly adapt to a new environment
- You are highly customer oriented (internal and external customers)
- You have a continuous improvement mindset
- You define yourself as a multi-tasker and well organized: you know how to prioritize regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiency within established time frame
It would be a plus if you have a logistics and transport experience and/or a Pardot knowledge.
